Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms to use HobbyOffer or its AI scanning features. You are responsible for your account, your device, activity performed through your account, and the accuracy of information you submit. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person’s account.

What HobbyOffer provides

HobbyOffer provides tools for searching collectibles, reviewing third-party market data, estimating offers, scanning visible card text, and organizing collections and watchlists. Features, sources, availability, and supported categories may change or be discontinued.

Estimates and decisions

Prices, scores, recommended offers, profit calculations, return figures, AI-assisted matches, and other outputs are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not appraisals, guarantees, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You are responsible for independently checking condition, identity, authenticity, market activity, fees, taxes, shipping, and transaction terms before acting.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse HobbyOffer; break laws; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; submit malware or harmful code; probe or bypass security; scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service; automate requests in a way that burdens HobbyOffer or its data providers; impersonate others; manipulate prices; facilitate fraud; or use the service to market counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or unlawfully obtained items.

Your content and saved data

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant HobbyOffer permission to host, process, copy, and display that information as needed to provide and secure the service. If you publish a vendor profile, you direct HobbyOffer to make the selected profile and inventory information publicly available. You represent that you have the right to submit and publish all names, logos, images, links, contact details, schedules, and listings you provide; that they are accurate; and that they do not violate law or another person’s rights. Do not publish a home address or sensitive personal information.

Vendor verification

A Verified Vendor badge means HobbyOffer reviewed the public profile information submitted by the vendor and confirmed that the signed-in account controls that HobbyOffer profile. It is not an endorsement, warranty, certification, or guarantee.

Unless HobbyOffer expressly states otherwise, verification does not confirm government-issued identity, business registration, licensing, insurance, financial condition, criminal history, inventory ownership, item authenticity, product condition, fulfillment, or transaction safety. Information may change after review. HobbyOffer may request updated information or suspend or remove verification. Users remain responsible for independently evaluating vendors, merchandise, payment methods, shipping arrangements, and transaction terms.

Third-party services

Card databases, pricing sources, authentication providers, marketplaces, and external links are operated by third parties. HobbyOffer does not control or endorse their inventory, sellers, buyers, pricing, availability, security, policies, or transactions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s terms.

Intellectual property

HobbyOffer’s software, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable law. Names, card images, product images, game marks, grading-company marks, and marketplace data may belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third-party brand does not imply sponsorship or affiliation. Rights holders may report copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property concerns through the Privacy & Legal Requests form. A complete report should identify the protected work, the material at issue, contact information, and the reporter’s authority to act.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance, including for suspected fraud, abuse, security threats, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. HobbyOffer disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HobbyOffer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, reliance on estimates, data loss, third-party conduct, or collectible transactions.

Changes

We may update these terms as HobbyOffer evolves. Continuing to use the service after updated terms become effective means you accept them. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
